NCS Candy Bar Chocolate Mold Kit

Dimensions: Letter molds are 1-1/4" tall and 1/8" deep. The width on the letters varies from 1/8" to 1-3/16".

Chocolate Usage: Estimate 1.5 ounces of chocolate per piece.

Packaging: Your mold will arrive in a heat-sealed, 100% virgin, high clarity polyethylene food-approved bag.

Maintenance: Wash the mold before each use. Molds are not dishwasher safe. Clean by soaking in warm, mildly soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. After use, remove excess chocolate while it is still melted and set the mold in the freezer until the chocolate is hard. To remove the chocolate, lightly twist the mold—chocolate will separate cleanly.

Water and Chocolate: Avoid moisture like water or steam, as they can dull the chocolate’s appearance and adversely affect its pourability.

Suitability: Use your mold for chocolate, soap, and plaster crafting. Do not use for hard candies or other hot ingredients. Molds are not suitable for temperatures over 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

Chocolate Quantities: On average, 1 ounce of chocolate is needed for a lollipop. A bite-sized mold uses approximately 1/2 ounce. Given that 1 pound of chocolate equals 16 ounces, you can make about 16 lollipops or 32 bite-sized candies from a pound.
